here i go, blogging again. but you know you love reading my posts. yes, you doooo!
yeay im turning psycho! strap me up and send me to katmandu in a wooden crate! now! i'll probably drool so much the crate will dissolve in my enzymes. then i'll turn spasmic and the people in katmandu will be so scared to open my crate up they'll poke it with their spears first. can you imagine the scene? LOL.
oh gosh. i duno what came over me. sorry. don't be scared off yet!
went to the new paper big walk yesterday, which was rather pointless actually. i walked 2km, then me and my mum gave up and sat down somewhere while my dad continued and finished the whole 10km. i think he's trying to lose weight. desperately. or he's trying to get some! if you know what i mean.
the goodie bag was boring, save for two sachets of cafe nova instant coffee and chapstick! i love chapstick! the ones we got smells like the body shop's shea butter lip balm. i got six tubes now, because my whole family gave theirs to me. and im not sharing! nuh-uh.
i was thinking about how dumb archie comics are. you know, archie with his bunch of friends living in riverdale, going to riverdale high blah blah. im sure everyone has at least read one issue in his or her life. if you haven't, i duno what to say. i like archie comics, but i realised that archie comics are nothing but inane bathroom reads.
when you try to analyze archie comics, everything falls apart. nothing makes sense! why are betty and veronica fighting over archie, of all guys? and why do they let archie take each other out? is this some sick polygamy thing? and what kind of a name is archie anyway? its also amazing how they can stay such good friends after having such intense rifts over a red-headed, freckled guy.
also, betty and veronica are stereotyped in such a, well, stereotyped way! betty is the nice, all-American pretty blonde while veronica is the bitchy, rich but beautiful brunette. does she have a mother by the way? because i've only ever seen her father. hmm.
the comics always show betty being the victimized one, with archie leaving her for veronica every few days or whatever. and there's always a prom or dance every week.
after reading this, i suggest you don't think about things too much and do not analyze the comic too much either. because you might just be turned off archie comics for life. besides, even though its dumb, who doesnt like archie comics huh?
just read qid's blog. i didn't know you went to big walk too! wahahaha. i thought i was the only unlucky soul whose parents make me wake up at 4.30 to go to the stadium which was teeming with people. i bet 80% of them went for the goodie bags. all the family bonding crap is bullshit.
my family has been going to the big walk ever since i was born and we haven't missed a year since. i don't know if that's something to be proud of. BUT i appeared in the new paper once because of the big walk! i must have been only a couple of years then. my mum says she keeps the article but she cant remember where. i'll make her find it, then i'll bring it to school and show you guys! lol.
i can't believe there's only one more week of school. then its the june hols!!! wheeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i just love love love holidays. loooong ones. not one-day ones because i know it'll end really soon, but one-month ones are pure bliss. PLUS i've got an extra consent form stashed away. heheh. wonders what correction tape, a few scribbles here and there and a photostatting machine can do. lovely eh?
its so hilarious. suddenly i find out there are three girls claiming to be my boyfriend's girlfriend. waddehell? i wanted to blog about this but i keep forgetting so it might not be very current, but still, it happened. all three of them are in sec 1! their audacity amazes me.
i mean, not that i see why he attracts sec 1 girls like flies, but does he look like a paedophile to you? he may look like a construction worker, but definitely not a paedophile.
he's going to kill me for writing that. he might look like a construction worker, but he's still my guy and i still love him. =) for real.
nothing against sec 1 girls ahhh.. just that a certain few have rubbed me off the wrong way.
